Grapefruit and caramel.  This is the rare beast: a heavyweight IPA that is perfectly balanced. As usual, Oskar Blues keeps it simple and mega-solid. Anyone can mix-and-match ingredients and crank out hit-or-miss “experimental” brews with funky additives.  It takes a special brewery in Lyons, Colorado to pare down a beer to its essential core and work from there. No disguises. No smokescreens.
