Why microbrews?

We drink microbrews.  Here’s why:

1. Many large-scale producers brew with corn or rice to save money.  Repulsive!  As a consumer, do you value quality or quantity? Brewing with higher quality ingredients translates into a product with more interesting and intense flavors. Choose quality.

2. Drinking microbrews supports local economies, ingredients and entrepreneurial creativity. The beer fanatics who live and brew in your town are motivated by the craft, not by the financial bottom line.  Take a risk with a passionate local brewer rather than to resigning yourself to the surefire blandness of Corporate Beer. Choose quality.

3. A situation may arise in which you will need to socialize with other human beings while drinking beer. The quirky artwork, tasty flavors, and (at times) high alcohol-by-volume of the microbrew will provide a comfortable backdrop against which you may construct a friendship or other enduring social bond. Drinking a Big Name Macrobrew stifles conversation of the kind you so desperately need. Choose quality.
