The flagship beer of Cisco Brewers is a cool and relaxed food-friendly pale ale. It has some pleasant lavender notes and a fairly vibrant amber color. We poured it, drank it, and ate. It’s not the kind of beer that begs for your attention, which is exactly what you need in circumstances where you should be paying attention to something else.
