Railway City Dead Elephant Ale

Railway City Brewing, St. Thomas, Ontario
Dead Elephant Ale
Pale Ale
6.8% ABV
on draught

After an exhausting day of avoiding the Toronto Santa Claus parade, we headed downtown and downstairs to the C’est What? bar, which features a wide array of Ontario microbrews. Knowing that a long commute back to the suburbs awaited us, we were modest in our drinking– only one beer apiece

Dead Elephant is a bubble-gummy and delicious pale ale. It leaves a thick, rich, hoppy sensation in its wake. Nininja did not share much of this easy-drinkin’ perished pachyderm with her tablemates.

Clara got a sip.

Perrinator got a sip.
